Coating Mixture
Into a bowl, add the eggs and beat them, add the condensed milk, the vanilla essence, the cinnamon powder, the salt, the milk and the melted butter or margarine. Mix it all together very well and set aside.
Cut the bread into 2-finger thick slices. You may also use bread rolls.
Dip the slices of bread into the cream we’ve made and transfer them to a buttered baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes.
Now, in a bowl, put the sugar and the cinnamon powder, mix them together and coat the baked bread slices in it.
Serve with the spread of your choice.
