Sauce
Start by chopping the cabbage into thin strips.
Transfer all these cabbage strips to a bowl, add the salt and mix.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the onion chopped into small cubes, one pinch of salt and stir until golden brown.
Add the grated carrots and stir for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and set aside.
In the bowl filled with the cabbage strips, add the red bell pepper chopped into cubes, parsley and chives to taste, the carrot/onion stir-fry, mix all the ingredients very well and set aside.
Now, in a bowl, add the ground beef, the cooked rice, the salt and the black pepper, mix well.
In another bowl, add the tomato sauce, the table cream, one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper, mix well until combined.
Now, to assemble the recipe, in an ovenproof dish add half of the cabbage mixture and spread evenly.
Top it with the meat/rice mixture and finally, cover with the rest of the cabbage mixture.
Top it all with the sauce.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Serve.
