Start by cutting the chicken breast into cubes, transfer them to a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix.
In a skillet, add the unsalted butter and one drizzle of olive oil, stir well.
Add all the chicken we made and fry until golden brown.
Add the crushed garlic cloves, stir for 2 minutes.
Season all of it with the salt, the oregano, the black pepper and the sweet paprika, stir well until incorporated.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the grated parmesan cheese, cover the skillet again and let it all cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve.
