Start by removing the yolks from the eggs and using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
You can stop beating and set aside.
Next, grate the mozzarella cheese using the coarse side of the grater.
Add this cheese to the beaten egg whites.
Season with the salt, the chili flakes, the garlic powder, the oregano and gently mix everything to combine.
Next, using a tablespoon, transfer this mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper forming small mounds.
Now, brush the beaten yolks we set aside over these mounds.
Transfer everything to an Air Fryer basket, set it to maximum power and let everything fry for 5 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the slices of smoked bacon and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Serve the bacon with the fritters we prepared.
