Pineapple and Cherry Cake

Start by placing the pineapple rings with the cores removed into a removable-bottom cake pan and arrange them evenly across the pan.Add one candied cherry to the center of each pineapple ring.Next, sprinkle the brown sugar over everything and set aside.In a large bowl, add the cake mix, the lemon-lime flavored soda and mix everything very well until fully combined.Pour this batter into the cake pan with the pineapple and top the dessert with crushed ladyfinger biscuits.Take it to a preheated oven at 1800° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.Finally, unmold it onto a nice serving plate and to finish, add shredded coconut to taste covering the whole dessert.Serve.
