
Sauce
Start by adding 2 slices of cheddar cheese to a wheat tortilla.
Now, on top of each slice of cheese place 50g of seasoned ground beef and press it down.
Then, cut the tortilla in half, take one side of each half and fold it over the meat.
Add +2 slices of cheddar cheese, +50g of meat on top of each slice and fold it closed forming 2 triangles.
Repeat this process 2 more times.
Next, transfer everything to a large baking tray, and brush the beaten egg over the top.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
In a mixer, add the sprig of mint leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything very well until combined.
After the tortilla has baked, add the grated mozzarella cheese over everything.
Return it to the oven and let it bake until the cheese is fully melted and golden brown.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
