Ganache
In a blender, put the table cream, the condensed milk, the milk, the milk powder and blend until combined. Add the previously hydrated colorless gelatin and blend it all together for another minute.
Transfer this mixture to a glass dish and let it chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and microwave them in 30-second intervals until melted or use a double boiler. Add the table cream and mix into a ganache.
Add the ganache to the glass dish, spread well and let it chill in the fridge for another hour.
Top with chocolate shavings and garnish with strawberries to taste.
