Sauce
Filling
Fill a large skillet over medium heat with water and bring it to a boil.
Grate the hotdog sausages using the coarse side of the grater and cook for 2 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove from the water and set aside.
Now, in a large skillet over medium to low heat add, add the water, the salt, stir and let the water come to a boil.
Add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Then, add the wheat flour and keep stirring until it forms a smooth and even dough.
Add the grated hotdog sausages we prepared earlier and mix to incorporate.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
After that, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll each of them into a ball.
Then flatten each dough ball until it’s not too thick nor too thin and cut them into circles.
Place them in a large skillet over medium to low heat and toast them until golden brown.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the sweet chili sauce, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder and mix everything very well until combined.
Finally, let’s assemble the recipe using the flatbreads we toasted.
Top each flatbread with one teaspoon of the sauce we prepared, one slice of mozzarella cheese, one slice of tomato, one slice of cooked ham and lettuce to taste.
Spread the sauce we prepared on the other half of the flatbread and close it, forming a sandwich.
Serve.
