
Sautéed Vegetables
Begin by adding the pasta into the microwave and cook it for 5 minutes.
Then, cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and transfer everything to a medium bowl.
Add the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, a generous drizzle of olive oil and mix to combine.
Next, add the wheat flour and mix again.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken we prepared and fry until golden brown.
Then remove the pasta from the microwave and set it aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion chopped into smaller pieces, the crushed garlic cloves, the carrot cut into thin strips, the bell peppers also cut into strips and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the cabbage cut into thin strips.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and dissolve the cornstarch in one cup of water.
Next, add it to the skillet and stir to combine.
Finally, add the pasta we prepared, the chicken and stir once more.
