Start by cutting the pork loin steaks into cubes.
Season each of them with the salt, one pinch of black pepper, one pinch of garlic powder, one pinch of sweet paprika and mix everything until incorporated.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of olive oil.
Add the seasoned pork cubes, stir until golden brown and remove them all from the skillet.
Next, in the same skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and stir-fry until slightly golden brown.
Next, add the soy sauce, the honey, the white wine and mix.
Add the fried pork cubes and stir everything for another 3 minutes.
Transfer everything to a nice serving dish, add all the sauce and finish with chopped chives to taste.
Serve.
