
Start by shaping the pork sausage by pressing it with sticks, then twist it forming casings.
Now, transfer it to a large skillet greased with vegetable oil and fry it for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, flip it over and in the center of the skillet, add the eggs.
Season with salt to taste and fry until golden brown.
Remove the eggs, add the slices of bacon and fry them until golden brown.
Add the slices of ham one next to the other, the slices of mozzarella, the cheddar cheese, the American cheese and fry everything for 2 more minutes.
To assemble the sandwich, on a piece of toasted bread add the cream cheese to taste, the lettuce leaves, the slices of red onion, the slices of tomato, the slices of pickled cucumbers, the sausage we sliced in half, the eggs, the slices of ham with the slices of cheese, the bacon and close it with the other half of the bread.
Serve.
