Into a saucepan, add the pineapple dices, the sugar and the water, slightly mix it all together, turn on the heat and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes from when it starts to boil.
Turn off the heat. You don't have to let it cool down, simply add the packets of pineapple jelly powder right away.
Mix well.
Once you've mixed it all up, let it cool down a bit and add the condensed milk at room temperature, mix well. Then add the packs of table cream also at room temperature, and mix it all together very well.
Transfer this mixture to a glass dish and let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve.
