Ganache
In a bowl, add the grated coconut flakes, the condensed milk and mix until incorporated.
Next, add another 50 grams of grated coconut flakes, mix again until combined and spread evenly.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
Now, in a medium bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals and keep mixing during these intervals until the chocolate fully melts.
Next, add the heavy cream and mix until combined.
Once the dessert has cooled, pour in the ganache we made and let it chill again for 2 hours.
Serve.
