Fry the bacon and the sausage until golden brown, add the butter or margarine and stir until melted. Mix well to incorporate it into the sausage and the bacon. Add the chopped onion and salt to taste, but don't add too much salt, because the bacon and the sausage are naturally high in salt. Stir until the onion turns slightly brown. Add the garlic and stir well again.
Add the green, red and yellow peppers, olives to taste, the peas, the sweet corn, raisins to taste and mix it all together very well for 2 minutes. Add the ready-made farofa (cassava flour) and mix it all together very well again.
Turn off the heat and add parsley to taste.
Serve.
