5 Cherry Tomatoes
150g of Mozzarella Cheese (in Block)
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
Oregano to Taste
Wheat flour for Breading
Start by chopping the cherry tomatoes into smaller pieces.
Cut the block of cheese into thin strips.
Cut the chicken breasts into cutlets. Next, cover them with a plastic bag or plastic wrap, and pound well with a meat mallet.
Next, season them with one pinch of salt and black pepper.
Get one of the cutlets and add some of the chopped cherry tomatoes, add one cheese strip over the tomatoes, sprinkle oregano to taste and roll up the cutlet very well, like shown in the video.
Repeat this process with all the chicken cutlets.
Once you’ve done that, coat all the stuffed chicken rolls very well in the wheat flour.
In a skillet, add enough oil to cover its bottom.
Once the oil is hot enough, fry all the chicken rolls over low heat until golden brown.
Next, remove them from the heat and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
