Rice
Start by making small cuts all over the piece of beef.
Next, add one ice cube to each of these cuts and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add 10 ice cubes, the soy sauce, the pickled mustard seeds, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix all the ingredients together very well until combined.
Now, in a medium baking dish, add the meat we cut earlier and pour the sauce we prepared over the meat.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, tie the meat to the oven rack using pieces of string.
Place it in a preheated oven at 160° C (320° F) and let it roast for one and a half hours.
In a large baking tray, add the white rice, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the heavy cream and the beef broth.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
Place it in the oven and let it bake along with the meat.
Serve.
