Orange Sauce
Cut 500g of chicken fillet into strips, then transfer to a bowl and add salt, black pepper, squeezed lemon juice and two crushed garlic cloves. With your hands or a spoon, mix very well. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Into a saucepan, add some oil and fry the onion strips until slightly golden brown, then remove the onion strips from the pan and set aside.
Place the chicken in this pan and stir well, when you notice it's starting to release juices, cover the pan and let it cook. Stir occasionally until the juices dry up. Set aside.
In the same pan, add the butter and the wheat flour, mix for 30 seconds. Add the onion strips we've set aside and mix again. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and stir until it gains consistency, it's pretty quick.
Add the chicken and mix.
Turn off the heat and add some parsley to taste, mix again.
Serve.
