
Sauce
Start by pressing down the ground beef, add the eggs, the butter cut into cubes, the grated onion, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the grated carrot, the cloves of garlic chopped into small cubes, the grated potato and parsley to taste.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and the sweet paprika.
Add the cream cheese and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Then, spread all this meat mixture on the table using a potato masher.
Next, using the cream cheese container, scoop portions of the meat.
Transfer them to a baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
Now, using a spoon, make indentations all over the meat to decorate it.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the honey, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix until combined.
After the meat has been baked, finish by adding the sauce we prepared.
Serve.
