Cut the tomato into thin round slices.
In a bowl, add the eggs, one pinch of salt, one pinch of sweet paprika and mix all the ingredients together very well.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil and spread it well using a brush.
Pour in the egg mixture and spread it evenly across the bottom of the skillet, cover the skillet and let it cook for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the omelet and make a cut halfway through it, just like shown in the video.
Once you’ve done that, fill ¼ of the omelet with the folded slice of cheese, add the ham slice to the other quarter, then add the lettuce leaf to the other quarter and finally, add the tomato round slices.
Close the omelet by folding these quarters, just like shown in the video, and let it all cook for another minute over low heat.
Serve.
