Sauce
Start by coating the beef steaks in the wheat flour.
Season with salt to taste, a pinch of black pepper and spread the seasoning.
Next, bread them very well and set aside.
Now, in a medium bowl, add the onion soup mix, the heavy cream and mix everything together until combined.
Add the barbecue sauce, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the milk and mix.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the steaks we prepared and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Then, add the sauce we prepared.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
Serve.
