Start by cutting the zucchini, cut off the ends, cut in half lengthwise, into thin strips then transfer everything to a large bowl.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the dried basil, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well to combine.
Add the wheat flour and mix once more.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the zucchini we prepared and fry until slightly wilted.
Then, add the garlic cloves, the soy sauce and sauté everything for another 3 minutes.
Add parsley to taste, mix again and finish by adding sesame seeds to taste.
Serve.
