Filling
Into a bowl, add the wheat flour, the sugar, the butter and mix it all together with your fingertips. Mix until it gains consistency.
Cut the dough into two pieces and roll one of these pieces into a log shape, then cut it into small and equal pieces (average weight of 5g each).
Round them into little balls, transfer them to a baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 to 20 minutes.
Melt the guava paste in a double boiler or in a microwave, mix. Spread this guava filling on one of the baked balls, then cover the filling with another baked ball. Coat this biscuit in refined sugar.
Repeat this process with the rest of the baked balls and filling. Serve.
