Start by grating the salami using the largest holes on the grater and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, a pinch of black pepper, the chimichurri and whisk very well until the eggs dissolve.
Add the natural yogurt and mix.
Then, add the salami we grated, the grated parmesan cheese, parsley to taste, green onion to taste and mix again to combine.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix once more until combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it out with a brush.
Add half of the batter we prepared and fry for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, turn it over, using a plate and fry for another 3 minutes.
Repeat this process with the other half.
Serve.
