Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Omelet

Start by making two vertical cuts in the chicken breast.Next, place 2 ice cubes in each cut and set it aside until the ice melts completely.When that happens, remove the chicken tendon and slice the chicken into smaller pieces.Now, cut the potatoes into very thin strips using a vegetable peeler.Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the egg, the salt, black pepper to taste, the crushed garlic cloves, the wheat flour, the chicken we sliced earlier and mix all the ingredients together until well combined.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter, a drizzle of olive oil and stir until the butter melts completely.Add the mixture we prepared and spread it out evenly.Cover the skillet and let it fry for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, flip it with the help of a plate.Add the grated mozzarella cheese covering half of the omelet.Now, in the center of the mozzarella, place an egg yolk and cover it with three slices of mozzarella cheese.Cover the skillet once again and let it fry for another 5 minutes.After that, fold it in half and let it fry for another 2 minutes.Serve.
