In the food processor, add the cookies, crush them until they become fine crumbs and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, the baking powder, the sugar, the cookie crumbs, mix everything very well and set aside.
In a small jar, add the milk, the egg, the vanilla essence, the melted butter and whisk everything very well until smooth.
Gradually add it to the dry mixture we prepared earlier and keep mixing until it becomes a smooth and uniform batter.
Transfer this batter to a squeeze bottle or to a piping bag.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, squeeze out the batter into a spiral shape.
Cover the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
You should use a non-stick skillet and slightly heat it up before doing this process.
After the 3 minutes have passed, remove the spaghetti pancake from the skillet and repeat this process with all the batter.
Finish by adding pancake syrup and crushed cookies to taste.
Serve.
