Seasoning Mixture
Start by inserting the toothpicks into a piece of pork loin.
Next, transfer this meat to a large bowl.
Pour in the beer, cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the meat from the beer and remove all the toothpicks.
Next, make superficial cuts all over the pork loin using an oven rack as a guide.
Season with pinches of salt, a pinch of black pepper and spread the seasoning well.
Now, fill the cuts with the tomatoes sliced into strips, the bacon cut into slices and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the oil, the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder and mix everything well until combined.
Next, spread this seasoning mixture all over the meat we prepared using a brush.
Add the onions, sliced into thick rings.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 45 minutes.
Serve.
