
Start by adding the salami sliced into thick rounds into a blender cup.
Add the pickled pearl onions, the pickled cucumbers, the pickled mustard seeds, the olive oil, the soy sauce, close the blender cup and blend everything thoroughly until smooth.
If you like, you can do this process in a food processor or a regular blender.
Next, cut the Italian bread into slices and if you like, you can use a baguette instead.
Transfer these slices to a large baking sheet, top each slice with one drizzle of olive oil and oregano to taste.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 10 minutes.
Now, to assemble the recipe, shape the pate using a ring mold.
Top it with the egg yolk and add the toasts we prepared around it.
Serve.
