Start by cutting a hole on the bottom of the cabbage and cut out the center, just like shown in the video.
Transfer the cabbage to a large bowl and put the salt in the hole we made.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave it at maximum power for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, add the ground beef, the carrot chopped into cubes, the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves, the tomato chopped into small cubes, add the salt, one pinch of black pepper and the white rice, mix all the ingredients together until combined and set aside.
Once the cabbage has cooked through, remove the plastic wrap and the salt and let it cool.
Then remove the cabbage leaves, one by one.
Now, line the bottom of a round baking dish with these leaves, leaving part of it hanging over the edges of the dish.
Add half of the meat we made and spread it well.
Top the meat with some more cabbage leaves.
Add the rest of the meat.
Add some more cabbage leaves and fold the leaves that were hanging over the edges of the dish.
Finally, brush some olive oil all over it.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 50 minutes.
Serve.

I tried this and found it to be amazing, although I did make a slight adjustment... I added some spaghetti sauce (just a little) to each laye. gave it some moisture and more flavor I have cooked it both ways the original and my adding sauce both amaz
