Start by placing the frozen chicken breast into a Ziplock bag.
In a large skillet filled with boiling water over medium heat, add the chicken and let it cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, cut the chicken into cubes and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the oregano, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well.
Add the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix again until combined.
Next, add the grated zucchini, the grated mozzarella cheese, the chicken we prepared earlier and mix to combine.
Transfer this mixture to a medium baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Add the onion sliced into rings, the tomato sliced into rounds and another 50 grams of grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
