Start by adding the crustless bread slices to a large skillet over medium heat filled with boiling water and stir everything very well until it becomes a smooth and even mixture.
Transfer everything to a medium bowl and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
Next, with greased hands, take one tablespoon of the mixture, shape it into a ball, flatten it and make a hole in the center.
Repeat this process with the entire mixture.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the donuts we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and let the excess oil drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a small bowl, add the milk chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring between the breaks until the chocolate is completely melted.
Repeat this process with the white chocolate.
Once you've done that, dip the donuts we prepared into the melted chocolates and decorate with sprinkles to taste.
Serve.
