Creative Pineapple Trifle

Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the wheat flour, mix well until combined.Add the milk and bring to a medium-low heat, stirring until a consistent cream is formed.Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool down.Once you’ve done that, add the consistent whipped cream with stiff peaks and mix until combined.Into a glass dish, add some of the cream, covering its whole bottom. Then make a layer of cornstarch biscuits.Add 100g of pineapple dices, add half of the remaining cream and spread evenly.Make another layer of biscuits then make another layer of pineapple dices, add the rest of the cream, spreading well.Sprinkle some milk powder and garnish with the rest of the pineapple dices and with some cherries, to taste.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for about 3 hours.Help yourself to a slice.

  • 1 ½ Packs of Condensed Milk
  • 25g of Wheat Flour
  • 450ml of Milk
  • 200g of Whipped Cream
  • 200g of Corn Starch Biscuits
  • 300g of Pineapple

Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the wheat flour, mix well until combined. 

Add the milk and bring to a medium-low heat, stirring until a consistent cream is formed.

Transfer the cream to a bowl and let it cool down. 

Once you’ve done that, add the consistent whipped cream with stiff peaks and mix until combined.
