Start by cutting out equal circles from the puff pastry using a glass.
Next, place each one on the rim of the same glass you used to cut them.
Then place them in the freezer and let them chill for about 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the shredded ham, the shredded mozzarella cheese, and the cream cheese.
Season with the black pepper, the oregano, mix everything very well until the mixture is completely smooth and combined and set aside.
Once the pastry flowers have chilled, take them out of the freezer and transfer them to a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil.
Fry the bottom of the pastry for about 10 seconds to firm the pastry into this shape.
Then, transfer them to a large baking sheet and fill each one with 3 teaspoons of the filling we prepared.
Now, brush a beaten egg yolk over all of them.
Take them to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
The filling is optional and can be savory or sweet, you can choose whatever you prefer.
