Homemade Whipped Cream

In a medium skillet, add the unflavored gelatin.Add the water and mix until the gelatin is hydrated.Next, move the skillet to the stove, turn the heat to low and let it cook until the gelatin is completely melted.Remove it from the heat.In a medium bowl, add the milk at room temperature, pour in all the gelatin we prepared and mix everything very well until combined.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 1 hour.Now, in a mug, add the ripe banana, breaking it into smaller pieces and with a fork, mash it well until it turns into a smooth puree.Add the cocoa powder, the rolled oats and mix until well combined.Next, add the egg white, the baking powder and mix again to combine.Place it in the microwave on medium power and heat it up for 5 minutes.After the mixture that was left in the fridge has chilled, beat it again with the egg whisk.Stop beating and let it rest until it reaches room temperature.Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the sugar and the vanilla essence.Now, beat very well with an electric mixer until it becomes frothy and gains consistency.This process takes about 15 minutes on average.Now, transfer everything to a piping bag and decorate the microwave cake we prepared earlier.Serve.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
  • 30g of Rolled Oats
  • 1 Egg White
  • ½ Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 60g of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
