For Frying
In a bowl, place the meat and add the garlic, the salt, the black pepper and the vinegar or lemon, mix very well.
In a skillet or pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil or olive oil, sear the steaks to medium done, and set aside.
In a pan, add 2 more tablespoons of oil or olive oil, sauté the onion until golden, add the tomato, the paprika and the green pepper, sauté all ingredients for 1 minute. Add the tomato paste and some oregano, mix again.
Tansfer the steaks to the pan and add the water, mix and cook for 15 to 30 minutes. The longer you cook, the tender the meat and the thicker the sauce, but that's completely to your liking.
Serve.
