Start by making shallow cuts on the piece of pork ribs.
Add the unsalted butter at room temperature and spread it all over the ribs.
Then, cut it into smaller pieces and coat each piece in wheat flour.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the pieces of ribs that we prepared and fry them until all sides are golden brown
Remove from the heat and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion sliced into strips, the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces and sauté until the onion strips become lightly golden brown.
Then, add the pieces of meat back in.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder and the sprigs of rosemary.
Add the beer, cover the skillet and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the tomato sauce, green onions to taste and mix to combine.
Serve.
