In a skillet, add the condensed milk and the milk powder, mix until dissolved.
When that happens, turn on the heat and stir until it heats up.
Add the light cream and keep stirring nonstop until thickened.
Add the butter and keep stirring until the butter has incorporated and the cream has thickened a bit more.
Transfer this cream to a sheet of plastic wrap, wrap it, take it to the fridge and leave it there until cool.
Once you’ve done that, get a portion of this dough, shape it into a ball and flatten it.
Place a strawberry in the center of the dough and close it by covering the whole fruit.
Repeat this process with the rest of the dough and strawberries.
Finally, dip these balls in a chocolate ganache.
Take them to the fridge and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
