Start by cutting the chicken breasts into cubes.
Transfer to a medium bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the sweet paprika, a pinch of black pepper, the mayonnaise, the wheat flour and mix well.
Add green onions to taste, the grated mozzarella cheese, the granulated garlic and mix again to combine.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of oil and using 2 spoons, add portions of the mixture we prepared.
Shape these portions into fritters and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with a dip of your choice.
