In a large baking sheet, add the salt and spread it evenly.
Add the eggs, fitting them into the salt, take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the eggs from the oven, peel them all and cut them in half lengthwise.
Transfer to a round baking dish and set aside.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces, the wheat flour and mix everything to combine.
Then, add the milk, the chicken broth and mix everything very well until it thickens.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the heavy cream and mix everything very well for another 2 minutes.
Pour this creamy mixture into the dish with the eggs, also add the grated mozzarella, the grated cheddar cheese and the sliced bacon.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
