Cobb Salad

Start by putting the bacon strips in an AirFryer and let them fry for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the chicken breast chopped into cubes, season them with the sweet paprika, the salt, the black pepper and the soy sauce, mix well.Add the egg and the wheat flour, mix again.Now, coat all these chicken cubes very well in Panko breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil. Remove them from the skillet and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.In a bowl, add the lettuce chopped into smaller pieces, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the boiled eggs chopped into cubes, the fried chicken, the bacon strips chopped into smaller pieces and the ripe avocado chopped into cubes, set aside.In another bowl, add the gorgonzola cheese and mash it well, add the grated parmesan cheese the grated garlic clove, the mayonnaise, the mustard, chives to taste, the salt and the black pepper, mix very well until combined.Now, drizzle this dressing all over the salad and mix until incorporated.Serve.

  • 1 Ripe Avocado

Dressing

  • 30g of Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 40g of Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon of Mustard
  • Chives to Taste
  • 100ml of Milk
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
