Sautéed Ingredients
Start by attaching the salmon to a large lid with the strings and make sure that the skin is facing down.
Cross the strings just like shown in the video.
Now, in a skillet the size of the lid that we tied the salmon to, over medium heat, add the water.
When this water starts to boil, cover the skillet by placing the lid with the salmon and let it steam for 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the salmon from the lid, transfer it to a cutting board and remove the skin.
With this process we just did, the skin will come off easily.
Next, cut the salmon into 3 fillets.
Season them with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter, a drizzle of vegetable oil, and stir until the butter melts.
Add the salmon and fry it until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the salmon and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion cut into strips and sauté until wilted.
Add the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces, the crushed garlic cloves, the red pepper cut into strips and sauté everything for 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the spinach leaves and stir.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and stir again to combine.
Add the heavy cream and stir once more.
Then, add the slices of lemon and the salmon we prepared.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
Serve.
