Homemade Chicken Nuggets

In a large bowl, add the hot dog buns, the hot milk and mash everything up very well until smooth.In a small bowl, add the egg, the powdered milk, the salt, the black pepper, the chicken seasoning, the garlic powder and mix everything together very well until smooth.Then, in a large bowl, add the bread we dissolved earlier, the mixture we prepared, the ground chicken breast, the cornstarch, the breadcrumbs and mix everything together very well until combined.After doing that, transfer this mixture to a countertop lined with a plastic bag.Cover it with another plastic bag and flatten it using a rolling pin until it reaches a consistency that is not too thin nor too thick.Now, cut it into smaller pieces using a dough cutter in the shape of your choice.Place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 30 minutes.After this time has passed, bread each one of them.First, dip them in water then coat them in panko breadcrumbs.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add some vegetable oil and let it heat up.Then add the nuggets we prepared and let them fry until golden brown.Serve.

  • 4 Hot Dog Buns
  • 1 Cup of Hot Milk (240ml)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons of Powdered Milk

  • Water
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable Oil

Then, in a large bowl, add the bread we dissolved earlier, the mixture we prepared, the ground chicken breast, the cornstarch, the breadcrumbs and mix everything together very well until combined.
