Pineapple Mousse

Into a blender, add the warm water, make sure it’s not hot.Add the packets of pineapple jelly powder and blend well for 1 minute.After this indicated time, add the packs of table cream and blend again for 5 minutes.Stop blending and transfer the mousse to dessert pots with lids or to a glass dish.Cover the pots.Take them to the fridge and let them chill for at least 1 hour.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 300ml of Warm Water
  • 2 Packets of Pineapple Jelly Powder
  • 2 Packs of Table Cream (200g Each)
  • 200ml Dessert Pots (with lid) 

Modo de Fazer

Into a blender, add the warm water, make sure it’s not hot. 

Add the packets of pineapple jelly powder and blend well for 1 minute.

After this indicated time, add the packs of table cream and blend again for 5 minutes. 

Stop blending and transfer the mousse to dessert pots with lids or to a glass dish. 

Cover the pots. 

Take them to the fridge and let them chill for at least 1 hour. 

Serve.
