Start by cutting the chicken breasts into smaller pieces.
Transfer them to a bowl and season them with salt, black pepper, the crushed garlic cloves and the lime juice, mix until incorporated and set aside.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of oil, the onion chopped into strips, and fry until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
Now, fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and set aside.
In another skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the wheat flour and stir until incorporated.
Gradually add the orange juice and keep stirring until combined.
Add the fried onion strips, one pinch of salt, the chicken and stir well until incorporated.
Finish by adding chives and parsley to taste.
Serve.
