Start by peeling the bananas and set them aside.
Now, grate the mozzarella cheese using the smaller holes in the grater to make it more manageable.
Once you’ve done that, into a skillet, add the sugar and let it melt, stir well until a caramel sauce is formed.
Add the bananas and the water, cover the skillet, let them cook for 5 minutes. After this indicated time, flip the bananas and let them cook for another 5 minutes.
After that, flip them again and let them cook until they start to caramelize.
Finally, flip them once again and make a slit in the center of each banana, and with a spoon, open up the slits.
Then fill each slit with the mozzarella cheese.
Cover the skillet again and let them cook over low heat until the cheese melts.
Serve.
