
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the vegetable oil, the milk, the wheat flour, the salt and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the baking powder and mix once more to incorporate.
In a large skillet over medium heat filled with hot vegetable oil, add the smoked bacon slices and fry them until golden brown.
Once that happens, remove them from the skillet and drain the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
In the same skillet, add the smoked hot dog sausages cut into smaller pieces and fry them until golden brown.
Now, transfer all the pancake batter to a large baking sheet.
Add the fried bacon slices, spreading them all over the batter, the eggs and the fried hot dog sausages cut into smaller pieces.
Now place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Once the pancake is fully cooked, finish by drizzling honey to taste all over it.
Serve.
