Start by cutting off one of the sides of the plastic bottle.
Add the wheat flour, the salt, the baking powder, the sugar, the vegetable oil, the warm water and mix everything very well until all the ingredients are combined.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it ferment for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, transfer the dough to the table and knead it a few times.
Now, divide it into 4 equal parts and shape each one into a ball.
Cover them with a kitchen towel and let them rest for 15 minutes.
In a large pot filled with boiling water, add the dough balls we prepared and let them cook for 10 seconds on each side.
Next, add sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, to fill the bread, add the green sauce, the sliced mozzarella cheese, tare sauce to taste, and the tomato sliced into rounds.
