In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the bananas and let them fry for 5 minutes.
Once this time has passed, turn the bananas over and let them fry on the other side for another 5 minutes.
Remove them from the hot oil and let them cool.
Then, peel all the bananas and transfer them to a large bowl.
Now, using a potato masher, mash everything well until it becomes a smooth puree.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the salt, the black pepper, the smoked paprika and mix everything thoroughly until it is well combined.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Now, use 2 tablespoons to add the mixture we prepared, forming small fritters, and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
