Banana Fritters

In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.Add the bananas and let them fry for 5 minutes.Once this time has passed, turn the bananas over and let them fry on the other side for another 5 minutes.Remove them from the hot oil and let them cool.Then, peel all the bananas and transfer them to a large bowl.Now, using a potato masher, mash everything well until it becomes a smooth puree.Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the salt, the black pepper, the smoked paprika and mix everything thoroughly until it is well combined.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.Now, use 2 tablespoons to add the mixture we prepared, forming small fritters, and fry them until golden brown.Remove them from the skillet and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.Serve.

  • 1L of Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika
  • +1L of Vegetable Oil
