Start by making a slit in the center of the piece of beef and set aside.
In a bowl, add the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, the black pepper, the dried basil and the salt, mix well.
Rub this seasoning mixture on the meat we prepared, both in the slit as well as all over the surface of the beef.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the onion chopped into thin strips and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms chopped into strips and stir-fry.
Add one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper, stir well.
Once you’ve done that, on a sheet of parchment paper placed over a sheet of aluminum foil, add the slices of bacon one next to the other.
Add the beef over the bacon, stuff the meat with the onion-mushroom mixture.
Cover the beef with the mozzarella slices, wrap the beef with the bacon slices, close it by wrapping it up in the parchment paper.
Then wrap it all up in the aluminum foil and transfer it to a baking sheet.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
