For Breading
Start by slicing five hot dog sausages. Make a slit down the middle, flip it over and make another slit down the middle.
Next, add a small ball of buffalo mozzarella cheese inside each hot dog sausage.
Once that’s done, wrap each hot dog with a slice of cheddar cheese and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Next, wrap 2 slices of bacon around each one and transfer them to an Air Fryer.
Fry them at 200° C (400° F) for 15 minutes.
Next, in a large skillet over low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Add the beaten eggs and the hot dog sausages we prepared.
Wrap the hot dogs in the fried eggs, finish with 2 slices of cheddar cheese and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
To bread it, first coat it in wheat flour, then dip it into beaten eggs and finally, coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
After that, fry in hot vegetable oil until nicely golden brown.
Serve.
