Glaze
Remove the filling from all the Oreo cookies, put the cookies in a blender or food processor and blend until crumbly. Add the melted butter and blend again.
Transfer the crumbly mixture to a cake tin, use your hands to press it in the bottom of the tin, compacting it. Set aside.
Into the blender, add the condensed milk, the table cream, the lime juice and blend, add the colorless gelatin previously hydrated, keep blending.
Add this mixture to the tin and spread evenly. Let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted, or use a double boiler. Add the table cream, mix well into a ganache.
Spread the ganache over the pie, make sure it doesn't drip around the edges.
